Article 3 User ID/Password Management

  1. Customers shall manage their user IDs and passwords for this service at their own risk.
  2. You may not transfer or lend your user ID and password to any third party under any circumstances. When a user logs in with a combination of user ID and password that matches the registered information, the Company considers that the user ID is being used by the registered user.

Article 4 Formation of Contract

  1. If a customer wishes to purchase a product, he/she shall apply for purchase of the product and place an order in accordance with the method specified by the Company.
  2. Your application above will be accepted and a sales contract with our company will be established when you press the "Confirm Order" button on this site, regardless of the payment method and delivery method you have selected for the product.

Article 5 Usage fees and payment methods

  1. As compensation for using this service, the customer shall pay the usage fee separately determined by the company and displayed on this website by the method specified by the company.
  2. The payment method determined by the customer on the order screen cannot be changed after the sales contract in Article 4 has been established.
  3. Please check the following before paying by credit card.
    1. The customer shall pay the purchase price of the product in accordance with the membership terms and conditions of the credit card company.
    2. The name of the applicant to our company and the name of the credit card holder must be the same.
    3. In the event that a dispute arises between the customer and the credit card company, etc., both parties concerned shall resolve the dispute, and the Company shall not be responsible for any damages.
  4. Please check the following before using bank transfer or convenience store payment.
    1. Items will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
    2. Payment fees for the product will be borne by the purchaser.
    3. Product orders are valid for 14 days including the order date. If we are unable to confirm payment within 15 days of your order, the order will be automatically cancelled.
  5. Please check the following before using cash on delivery payment.
    1. Please pay in cash to the courier company commissioned by our company when you receive the product.
    2. The cash on delivery fee shall be borne by the purchaser.
    3. We cannot accept cancellations after the product has been shipped. If you cancel after the product has been shipped, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges.

Article 6 Shipping and Delivery

  1. Orders of JPY 3,240 or more (tax included) qualify for free shipping. For orders below JPY 3,240 (tax included), the shipping charges listed below apply.

  2. For customers who wish to pay by bank transfer or convenience store, the item will be shipped after payment is confirmed.
  3. We cannot accept the specification of a delivery company. The product will be delivered by a delivery company designated by our company.

Article 7 Returns and Refunds

If the delivered product is defective, the following return conditions will apply.

  1. We will only accept returns for unopened and unused items (*We also cannot accept items with labels from the cosmetic box removed) and only if you contact us within one week of receiving the item.
  2. We cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered for more than a week.

  4. We cannot accept returns without contacting us.
  1. Return shipping and handling fees
    For products defective on arrival, we accept returns with return postage payable by us. For returns for personal reasons, the customer must pay the return postage. If such a return is sent with postage payable on receipt, we will deduct the postage from the product refund.
  2. Regarding refusal to receive the product or returns due to long-term absence
    If you refuse to receive the item without a valid reason or return the item due to a long-term absence without contacting us, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges listed below. (*Even if you purchase with free shipping, we will cover the outbound shipping costs.)

  3. Regarding refusal to receive cash on delivery or returns due to long-term absence
    If you refuse to receive cash on delivery without a valid reason, or if the product is returned due to long-term absence without contacting us, we may not be able to accept your next order.

    We will process the refund within 7 business days after confirming the arrival of the returned item.

Article 8 Prohibited matters

Customers must not engage in the following acts when using this service.

Article 9 Suspension of provision of this service, etc.

Article 11 Disclaimer

  1. Our company's liability for non-performance of obligations shall be waived if it is not due to our intention or gross negligence.
  2. Even if the Company is liable for any reason, the Company shall be liable for compensation only within the scope of damages that can normally occur and within the scope of the price for paid services (in the case of continuous services, the amount equivalent to one month's worth).
  3. Our company is not responsible for any transactions, communications, or disputes that arise between you and other customers or third parties regarding this service.

Article 12 Changes in service content, etc.

The Company may change the content of the Service or discontinue the provision of the Service without notifying the Customer, and shall not be liable for any damage caused to the Customer as a result.

Article 13 Changes to Terms of Use

Our company may change these Terms at any time without notifying you if we deem it necessary.

Article 14 Notice or Communication

Notifications or communications between the customer and the Company shall be made by the method determined by the Company.

Article 15 Prohibition of transfer of rights and obligations

The customer may not transfer the status under the usage contract or the rights or obligations based on these Terms to a third party or provide it as collateral without the prior written consent of the company.

Article 16 Copyright

All copyrights to the data (including content) on this site belong to our company. Customers may not use any information such as texts, images, designs, etc. provided by this service beyond the scope permitted by the Copyright Act, such as personal reproduction as stipulated by the Copyright Act.

Article 17 Governing law/jurisdiction

When interpreting these Terms, Japanese law shall be the governing law.
In the event of a dispute regarding this service, the court with jurisdiction over the location of our company's head office shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
