If the order is less than 3,240 yen (tax included) for one order (one delivery address), additional shipping fee will be charged.

  • Delivered by courier.

Delivery area and points to note

  • Due to natural disasters, traffic accidents, and other circumstances, we may not be able to deliver your desired time or number of days.
  • Delivery service may not be available in some areas such as Okinawa and remote islands.
  • Due to long holidays, year-end/new year holidays, and other circumstances, we may not be able to accept specific dates and times.

Return method

  • You can return or exchange the product within 7 days after receiving the product.
  • Return shipping charges for returns or exchanges due to the customer's convenience will be borne by the customer.

Regarding returns

  • We will only accept returns for unopened and unused items (*We also cannot accept items with labels from the cosmetic box removed) and only if you contact us within one week of receiving the item.
  • We cannot accept returns for products that have been delivered for more than a week.
  • When making a return, please be sure to contact the return contact information below.
  • We cannot accept returns without contacting us. please note.

Regarding return shipping and handling fees

For products defective on arrival, we accept returns with return postage payable by us.
Returns due to other circumstances will be borne by the customer.
If a return for personal reasons is sent with postage payable on receipt, we will deduct the postage from the product refund.

Regarding refusal to receive the product or returns due to long-term absence

If you refuse to receive the item without a valid reason or return the item due to a long-term absence without contacting us, you will be responsible for the round-trip shipping charges listed below. (*Even if you purchase with free shipping, we will cover the outbound shipping costs.)
